Title: Radio cutting off during periods of low FPS

Details: The portable aether vibration amplifier stops playing occasionally during periods of low FPS, such as this party right now at Ordinis Mortis. Need to start playing the radio again by using the item.

What kind of low FPS are you seeing?
Since it is streaming audio, bandwidth is definitely going to be an issue along side low FPS. This would be under the umbrella of performance issues during parties. I know Atos gathered some good info over the weekend

@Lexie Usually happens around 10 FPS or lower - and when there are several people in a scene - like at Lunch with Laz and Jack, or the Ordinis Mortis party this weekend with Chris. Glad he got some good info out of it!
