    Title: Rain drops fall angle related to lateral panning camera
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? Nope
    Details: Very annoying and immersion breaking visual bug. Raising FOV accentuate the glitch.
    Steps to Reproduce: Set Rainy climate in every map (pot, adventure etc). Set 3rd person view (bow will work). Pan sideway the camera and observe the rain drops get tilted by the camera panning movement itself.
