Title: Some deco item is killing performance
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? N
Details: In Diamond Fields I am generally getting slightly better performance than in R46 - usually around 25-30 FPS. However as soon as the crafting pavilion comes into view performance is dropping to 5 FPS or less (see screenshots). Because all the deco is loading as I approach the pavilion for the first time I know it is not the pavilion itself because the FPS is normal to start with, during the deco load the FPS suddenly drops to 5 FPS.
Steps to Reproduce: Zone into Diamond Fields and run towards Crafting Pavilion.
    User Specs:
    OS: Linux 4.13 Fedora 25 64bit

Please let me know how it goes in build 681 once that is released. I say that because there was a change (fix) made with deco and home loading that affected PoTs and various towns. In some cases it made them not load properly at all.
I also say that because I'm not having any loading issues around this pavilion, not to say there isn't an issue here. But please update us when you can.

In 681 I'm getting 5 FPS all over, so at least it's consistent :)

Going to restart the client and see if it's a temporary thing.

Edit: after restarting same as before, FPS dives when deco loads around crafting pavilion.

I think I've figured out what the difference may be - @Alley Oop do you have shadows disabled? If I turn shadows off framerates increase significantly. Perhaps it's to do with all those pumpkins?
