    Title: Turned in all 3 Boot Quests to Preben only to receive 2 boots
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? Yes
    Details: I turned in all 3 boot quests to Preben. I received the Truth and Love Boots but not the Courage boots. All 3 quests completed and can not get the quests again.
    Steps to Reproduce: Turn in all 3 boot quests tp Preben. Talk to CBY-60053 about love, truth, and courage. Talk to Preben again about Boots.

    I saw that bug. technically this is different. In the bug you linked they are referring the "Collect 10 Micsere Ingots" quest not completing In my case the quests all did complete. People do mention in the comments though that they are seeing the same thing I am. I don't think they are related.

    Try this workaround "(Players who got stuck with the task after they already gave Micsere the ingots can just say "hello" again to hi to clear it. Also, players who have the bug but have not yet talked to Preben will have the task cleared when saying "Micsere" to Preben (or they can go back to Micsere and say "hello" like everyone else).)"

    Your issue may be different, but internal flag issues may be the same here :(

    I was able to complete the quest "Recover 10 Micsere Ingots" after talking to Micsere again but im still without my quest reward for the Courage Boots. Is there a way to do the quest again or are we just out of luck?

    I think the flag is different. The 3 boot quests all completed and are showing completed in the journal. I just tested this again and if i ask Preben about "Micsere" or "Hi"/ "Hello" he just says the standard things.

    Same here, he says the quest is complete and to enjoy my footwear, but I didn't receive the cloth shoes
