[Responded] Unable to access to Nightshade pass - graphic crash

Hello
Im unable to access to nightshade pass since it crash each time i try to move in the scene (loading is ok).
It report a graphic crash and recommand to contact support: 2017.09.17_135654 for the last crash.
i m able to walk on the map and access to other scene without crash

intel core 15- 3.30 Ghz
réam 8go
AMD radeon HD6800 series

I am not able to repro this. Have you restarted your computer fully? What have you attempted to do to troubleshoot so far?
I'm sorry to hear this happened.

 

The crash is now appeared in another scene (kiel siege). I was fighting and as i started to move the camera it crash.
Here is the windows description if it can be usefull. The problem seems to be on my computer.

Yes, I think we need to go into some game troubleshooting here. I would do a full uninstall and reinstall. It takes time I know, but sometimes that is all you need and it will help you narrow things down a bit. Make sure drivers are up to date, that you are not on directX 9 (it is no longer supported) turn graphics down to fastest, etc. I'd also check in task manager to see if your CPU usage and memory is under control. You may also want to adjust camera settings.

Some folks are getting 'not responding' on exiting the game, we have a bug open for that - but getting it while fighting and turning the camera will probably require a different solution.
