Title: Upper Tiers - Missing Water Texture

Details: The river in the upper area is missing the actual "Water" texture. The lower area however looks just fine. I don't know the actual technical term for this so I'll just attach a picture.

Of note, I have not seen anyone report this yet? Which I find odd, or this is how it is supposed to look? This is how it appears to me in game (and did as well on the Test Server). I also have tried a few different settings (Fastest/Fast/Nice etc...) but it still looks the same. Shadows and Reflection set to Low.

Also there’s no Map currently for this area.

If you want me to try some other things/settings feel free, I'll be happy to try them (I'm here a lot)

We're aware of this one. Our goal is to get the water to look better down the road, but we need to get a few things squared away on our end first.
