    This is weird. We had these issues fixed on QA and I still cannot repro internally, but I can on live. I'm researching. Stay tuned.
    But as stated above, turning cloth simulation off will help those who are bothered by this. Although it's not a solution to the problem, of course.
    Any reports of bugged clothing items should be made separately until we have a better understanding as to what is going on. Please include item name, your in-game gender, and whether cloth sim is turned on or off. Pics are always a huge plus, as well.

    As you see on the images, it's an "Heraldry Cloak" and i am "male" and on one screen Cloth Simulation is ON, on the other it's off ;) :p
