    The door includes a lock and a keyhole even it is operated by the lever.
    The door should have no keyhole as it cannot be opened by using any key.

    @Mischievous Dragon These doors have always been like this. The keyhole is part of the artwork used, and while it cannot be used by players, perhaps an NPC warden at one time was able to use it?
