[Responded] Wyvern tail attacks not landing at all

    Title: Wyvern tail attacks not landing at all
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details:
    The "spinning tail swipe" from Wyverns are not hitting at all.

    Similarly - reports of the ground stun attacks from dragons / trolls not working.

    Also I notice that some attacks from Reapers not hitting.

    Steps to Reproduce:
    1) Let a wyvern attack you
    2) Observe that the tail swing attack does not hit at all. Some of the other attacks are hitting, but rarely
