Resumed Game, Started High Above Overland Map

    Title: Resumed Game, Started High Above Overland Map
    Reproduction Rate: Uncertain, could not reproduce
    Blocker? No
    Details: When logging into the game as resume, I started out way above the Overlland map. I then ran around a bit, eventually I fell back to the proper altitude.
    Steps to Reproduce: I was unable to reproduce.
    User Specs:
    OS: Mac OS X 10.12.2
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2600 CPU @ 3.40GHz (8) System RAM: 16384
    GPU: AMD Radeon HD 6970M OpenGL Engine GPU RAM: 2048

    I have had this happen on the road between Solace Bridge and EastReach Gap. Going towards EastReach Gap from Solace Bridge, you'll see a mountain on your right and usually either a Bandit or Skeleton road encounter. Leaving that road encounter tends to place you on a high z axis setting above the map as though you are on the mountain. A few steps and you'll drop back to map level accordingly.
