Reveal still not leveling

    Title: Reveal still not leveling
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? no
    Details: Have not been able to level past skill 1 in reveal since R26. Nothing moves it forward no matter how many times I cast it, or if I cast it on stealthed players.
    Steps to Reproduce: cast reveal and watch it not move.
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4820K CPU @ 3.70GHz (8) System RAM: 32687
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770 GPU RAM: 1989
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.385.Date.02.26.16
    Area: BasementSceneDungeonKeep_5Floor
    Loc: (32.1, 5.0, 22.3)

    I was able to level it last night from 1 to 10 standing in the second floor of the Alchemy shop in Ardoris.

    I think that was the problem, I wasn't doing it on NPC's or monsters. No bug.
