There is plenty of room to place the Tavern Counter on the third floor of the Row greenhouse. I never owned a three/four story Row house before, just a two store one and used to have my counter on the second floor, decorated and all for guests to come have a pint and dinner. But I changed from a two store to the four story - being the new Row house craftable with this patch. I can rotate the tavern and get it to fit on the floor, in the middle and partially through the stairwell, but where it should fit perfect is against the corner wall, but it will never turn green. If the counter is rotated, you can see a line going through the red shaded counter, indicating there is "something" there blocking it from being placed. I wonder if just a bug, or we are not meant to have a counter up on that floor.

 

I've had the Shingle 4 Story row house (craft-able) before this one. The Invisible wall is where the wall of the Stairs to the 4th floor would have been. It blocks decorations, and cannot be walked through either. Very annoying. The 2 attached pictures show the wall.

This appears resolved as of 510, if you could verify. I had no issues getting the counter to place at throughout the topmost floor.
