Rewards Window not resizable horizontally

    Title: Rewards Window not resizable
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: Rewards window is to narrow to read quantities of long names like dungeon parts. Cannot be resized width like other windows. Can only be resized vertically.
    Steps to Reproduce: Open the rewards window, mouse over edges and corners, no mouse change on sides.
