Riposte after a parry does no extra damage at least against other players and is also blockable

    Title: Riposte after a parry does no extra damage at least against other players and is also blockable
    Reproduction Rate: 100
    Blocker? No
    Details: Had someone hit me with riposte while standing there. Hits 60-80 with crits 150-215. Then had him use it after he parried my attack. Damage was the same. Also, I was able to block his riposte which I should not be able to do.
    Steps to Reproduce: Parry an attack, immediately riposte someone. Window of time to get the riposte/parry bonus should also increase with blade spec.
