Rise Library Room won't stay placed in my dungeon....

So like the title states, the rise library room won't stay put in my dungeon and keeps finding its way back into my inventory each time I leave the dungeon. The first time this happened, I had spend a number of hours decorating the room and at one point left for something and when I returned and entered the dungeon I noticed the room was gone. It took me a moment to realize it was back in my inventory and when I did I started to get pissed thinking that all my decorating work had been undone but upon placing the room again, the decorations were still placed in the room. I proceeded to leave the dungeon and enter it again numerous times and each time was the same. the library finds it way back into my inventory and when I replace it, the decos are still present. has anyone experienced this before and if so, what can I do to fix it????? Its quite frustrating actually. thanks in advance.
