Roaming Spawn -Overworld Instant re-spawn loop

    Title: Have noticed a marked uptick in roaming spawns in QA that literally reproduce instantly after entering zone so you get caught in a veritable loop.
    Reproduction Rate:
    Blocker? no
    Details: Once you enter a roaming random spawn, it will appear almost instantly again on the overland map, catching you in a loop even if you attempt to exit the map right after entry.
