Robes on Entry to New Scene

    Details: On entry to a new scene, robes bunch up (see image below for reference)
    Steps to Reproduce: Enter a new scene.
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit

    If you remove the robes from your paper doll and reapply them, the robes are fine. My question would be, can't we just automatically reapply all the items on a character after they are loaded to the screen, thus avoiding any problems like this with any items of clothing?

    It seems like the re-positioning of the character creates the problem with the cloth sim. It's like they are falling into position, making the cloth sim bunch up.
