'Root' Skill Graphical Effect And Icon Not Removed When Player Successfully Jumps Out

    1. Title: 'Root' Skill Graphical Effect And Icon Not Removed When Player Successfully Jumps Out
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker? No
    4. Details: A player that jumps out of root will appear to have roots on their feet and the debuff icon on their party bar for the entire duration of the spell even though it's effects have been broken.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Cast root on a target. Have target jump out of roots to resume normal mobility. Observe graphic and debuff icon remaining while target can now move freely.
