    Title:Root does nothing.
    Reproduction Rate:100%
    Blocker?
    Details:at gm root, and 81 specialization, it does not do anything in pvp, one hop player is out of it, and then any mob you would want to ROOT it just ignores it and you waste the cast.
    Steps to Reproduce:Cast root.
