    4. This item should have been handed by Essen to move on to Demig but wasn't.

    I could move on to Demig anyway and also talk to him. (Honestly, this makes no sense. I should be stopped at the entrance of the war camp and not be passing without the writ. First try talking to Demig he turned me down. I tried again and he himself asked for the baton headpiece.)
