    Nobody in Hidden Vale or the east half of Novia (minus Drachvald, it's always a pain to get in and out of there), that's as far as I've gotten with checking vendor recipes.

    @Saesa runs an excellent resource site. Yes, it's mostly in Nihongo (Japanese) but has been running solidly for many releases providing tons of useful game information

    yep, Deco Merchant in Aerie (86, 32, 20) upstairs in the bank

    Seems that particular vendor has a lot of unique recipes, not just the rusted greenhouse.
