Rusty swords generate patterns

    Please stop introducing patterns for junk. Alternatively, please fix the salvage system so that either:

    a) Patterns do not conflict with scraps & components

    or

    b) There is an option to disable salvaging for patterns entirely

    or

    c) Add a completely separate function for recycling weapons and armor for patterns

    The current system is awful.

    Note: Option (a) is probably the easiest and most preferable option.
