Salvagable MAil items and Vendor reciepts

    Would really like to be able to salvage all those vendor receipts, deleted mail and such into wood pulp rather than have to go through the steps to delete them every day.

    I always wanted to compile my in game receipts into books, but sadly I just couldn't justify the space they were all taking up and started deleting them. It would be nice if you could scrap receipts, but I would also like the ability to combine a stack of receipts into books I could put in my office in game where I "keep my books".
