Salvage needs adjusting

    Batch seems to give 1-50 now, although it really depends on the items used

    The difference shows up more when salvaging player-crafted items. If you only ever intend to salvage looted items you won't see much ROI.

    Also note that critical salvages do net you additional stuff.
    Triangle Shields give iron ingots
    Rusty Swords give copper ingots
    Rusty hammers etc. give both metal and wood scraps when you hit a critical. (The wood scraps only occur on critical)

    I am curious, is the ammount of items you get salvaged also based on durability of the items? (Thinking about the durability nerf of dropped items)

    Yes. You can easily test this by doing batches of differing durability.

    Ok thanks, so the durability nerf also nerfed the ammount of salvaged items... I hope this gets adjusted o_O

    My husband has blacksmith salvage at grandmaster and I've never seen him get anything but scraps from looted items. And we farm thousands upon thousands of scraps.
    I've never seen rusty swords or triangle shields etc. give anything but metal scrap - are they meant to?
    The only exceptions are the weapons looted from CP chests which have a material type in the name (Ie Copper Longsword) - these do tend to give back blades, hilts, etc. on occasion - or crafted goods.
