Save the endangered Red Spider!

New Britannia is facing a threat it has never seen before - over-hunting. Every day hundreds of Red Spiders are being killed, often in the most cruel fashions. Cutting, stabbing, burning, electrocuting, shooting, never has an animal had to face such cruel punishments.

And why are so many Red Spiders being killed? Are there carapaces valuable? Do their eyes have a special healing property? Is their venom when powered used as an aphrodisiac? Unfortunately, the answer to all of these questions is no. These poor creatures are being hunted only for sport, and once killed their bodies are just left to rot.​

At the current rate they are being killed, the entire species may go extinct in less than a year. This will cause untold amounts of damage to both the environment and the economy, as since Red Spiders are the only natural predator of the Timber Wolf, they would soon become so numerous that they will spread across all of Hidden Vale, killing livestock, farmers, and running out all of the less aggressive breeds of wolf.​

So please, the next time you think about killing one of these poor creatures, think about just what it is you are doing. If you really must kill something, there is a place called Grunvald Shardfall where you can kill humans to your hearts content. Not only do they have actual valuables, but they also are more sporting, as they can fight back! Plus, it will help solve the problem of overpopulation, and open up areas for houses everywhere!​

Just remember, kill a human, save an ecosystem.​
