Details: Text repeats in the chat window, there also seems to be a 2nd ritual location, which triggers additional journal info which has graphical corruption (screenshots below)
Steps to Reproduce: Kill the ritual master

I decided to go back and speak w/ Cpt. Kinsey, and when she asked about the scouts, I couldn't find a response that worked except saying "ebon dawn" -- which triggered dialog and a reward - I spoke w/ her again, and she gave me the new quest to deliver the report to Stanley- but the missing scout quest didn't mark as complete.. did I miss something?

update: (I did - I found the scout in the building - but FYI now I have an Ebon Dawn ritual master quest task that doesn't clear when speaking with the captain )
