    Title: Scene nameplate (with enter button) Slows you down on path
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: When walking near a scene on a path (Blood River, South longfall road etc..), as soon has the name of the scene appear with the enter button, your speed is slowed down has if you were off path
    Steps to Reproduce: Go on overworld map and walk by zone close to path like Blood River
