Scrapping 0 value items

    So I just discovered that you can scrap 0 value items. Picking up random swords around town from vendor shops, I was able to scrap a bunch of it and turn it into metal bits, which in turn allowed me to turn my copper ore into much more ingots than I would have been able to.

    My thought was items of no value are not supposed to be able to be salvaged, in which case I am reporting this as a bug.

    Also after looking through the skill menu and talking to a few people, I was able to salvage w/o the skill needed in both tailoring and blacksmithing as well

    Likewise, picking up 0 value wooden shields from shops can be salvaged into wood scrap.
