When giving an item to an NPC as part of a quest, a particular dialog window appears to allow you to trade an item to the NPC. The scroll bar on both sides works incorrectly if you try to click in the area above or below the yellow "elevator" part. It seems to be a problem with the coordinate translation using the top left of the window rather than of the scroll bar, causing the scroll bar to track an inch or so below the mouse cursor. To set the scroll bar position to the top of the list, you have to move the mouse cursor all the way to the top of the trade window.
