Title: Scroll wheel zooms when mouse is outside of gameplay window
Reproduction Rate: Often
Blocker? No
Details: Occasionally when scrolling a browser window (like the bug forum) the gameplay window zooms.
Steps to Reproduce: Focus on the gameplay window and move around a bit. Move mouse over a browser, but leaving focus on the game play window. Scroll the browser window and the game will zoom accordingly.
User Specs:
OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3570K CPU @ 3.40GHz (4) System RAM: 16337
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 GPU RAM: 4007

@Gravidy , are you still experiencing this issue?

Even if your cursor is off the screen, the game client could still be the active window. Try clicking off the game client then using the mouse wheel to scroll through another window.

 

@Serafina , I am still seeing this behavior. It happens pretty much every time I try and test it (although, occasionally it doesn't, and I can't pinpoint what it is that prevents it).
