SEA (South East Asia) download speeds

    Just a tip for my SEA brethen, my default Steam download setting for SOTA was San Diego California for which I was getting a crawling 30Kbytes/sec download speed for R17.

    I repointed that to Victoria , Australia and am now hitting 700Kbytes - 1 Megabytes download rates. It looks like the new pipelines for this region are really kicking in.
