Searing Ray sun resistance debuff sometimes dont apply on the NPC.

    1) Searing Ray sun resistance debuff sometimes don't apply on the NPC.
    2) Sometimes
    3) No
    4) When you hit the target with searing ray, sun resistance debuff sometimes don't apply on it.
    5) Have a sun specialization, and hit the NPC or practice dummy, sometimes resistance debuff applied and sometimes not.
    6) Windows 10, Core I7, 32 ggb ddr4, GTX 980
