    Details: After resetting my quests, I received this quest and then went to Solace Bridge Outskirts to complete it. However, the NPC Private Garridon could not be located. I have searched all up and down this map and cannot find him/her.

    Steps to Reproduce: Pick up quest and enter Solace Bridge Outskirts. The NPC Cannot be found.

    He is not at the entrance as it states he should be. He's down by the boat. Also, the quest does not seem to clear. I have recently reset my quests also.
