Selling items to merchants doesn't remove them from inventory until you zone

Title: Selling items to merchants doesn't remove them from inventory until you zone

Details: When you sell items to merchant vendors, the items aren't removed from inventory when the sale concludes. If you try to sell them again, yo get an error message. If you leave the zone, the items you sold are no longer in your inventory.
Steps:
- find a vendor
- sell them something
- finish the transaction
- check your inventory, the item(s) should still be there
- try to sell the same item(s) again
- you'll get an error message along the lines of saying that the don't exist (you don't have those items any more), but they are still in yor inventory
- zone out of the scene
- check your inventory, they're gone

Verified. I have seen the same issue on several different log ins now.
