   If I solve the Sequanna Colossus part of the Oracle quest, will I still be able to spawn the waves of elementals afterwards? I'm having a lovely time farming those so I would be sad to lose them.

   Yes, the waves will always happen when you approach the shrine, whether you've completed the quest or not.
