Title: Several Spells Give No Benefit for Stacking

Details: There doesn't seem to be any difference in the bonuses OR the duration when stacking certain buffs. Examples include Shield of Ice, Douse, and Spellbinder's Stance. I knew that the stats buffs (Enlightenment, Air's Embrace, Strength of Earth) were changed a few releases ago so as not to stack, but I thought all other buffs were supposed to at least increase in duration. I could be wrong about that. In any case, it would be helpful to have a note about which buffs stack and which ones don't in the spell descriptions inside the Skills tree
