Shadow Form and Vanish are listed as the same success rate regardless of night and day. The stats read that way on the spell listings and the stats read that way when you cast the spells. If it's working correctly it's not being communicated correctly.

Please investigate and update the success rates.

I'm not sure what you mean, @Baron Drocis Fondorlatos, the tooltip says the duration of the spells are longer at night, but nothing about success rate, unless I'm missing it? Please clarify for me a bit so I know how to submit this to the team. Thanks so much :D

Sorry, what I mean is that when you perform a mouse over the spell, look at the numbers. They will say something like this...

    10.3 - 10.3 59.5 - 96.4

What I've been told the first set of numbers are is the percentage chance that your stealth will succeed in PVE. In this case, 10.3 in daylight and 10.3 at night. The second set of numbers are showing how long the spell effect will last and they look correct as you can clearly see that the at night numbers are much larger than the day numbers. It's that first set of numbers that's jacked up. They're the same and the effect is that Shadow Form and Vanish stink, and have stunk in this way for like a year.

    Make sense?

I think so, yes. The issue is that the tooltip for PvE moon stealth effects is not reflecting higher nighttime success rates, and you are wondering if this is inaccurate or simply not a thing?
