    Details:
    Found in Afternoon, at the location below.
    Quality Level: Fast
    The shadows disappear on fastest eliminating the problem.
    Shimmering also appears on Simple
    On Good the shimmering is much less noticeable
    Very Good is about the same shimmering level as good, barely noticeable
    Now at Dusk,
    Best Quality no noticeable shimmering

    May update later with individual shadow custom controls.
    when shadows return, but seemed to be worst when shadows on low.
