/shakehand and /duel emotes

So when I make a good deal with someone, I meet a friend after long time, I meet someone new....I wish I am able to shake their hand

- implementation should be quite simple - right click nameplate - choose "shake hand" - animation similar to crafting gathering when you walk to the person and put up your hand - the other player is prompted with shake hand message where he can accept or decline

- /duel emote would work in a similar way where you would "glove slap" the person (the old gentleman way) and duel prompt would open
