Shared xp Productivity pools are bouncing between chars.

    Title: Producer xp pool
    Reproduction Rate:

    Details: The Producer Pool switches from char to char on same account.
    First my primary char showed 0 Producer Pool xp's, and my alt had it all.
    Then I switched scenes and it reversed it (IE my main char showed all the Producer xp's and my alt had none).
    Steps to Reproduce:
