    Reproduction Rate: tried multiple times.
    Blocker?
    Details: I click the text link "What should I do now" and it sends earlier text (like "help" or "we don't have time")
    I click the text link for "what should be done" and it has me say "we don't have time".
    I TYPE the text what should be done... and he replies "I don't understand"

    Steps to Reproduce: talk to Sheng Lau since quests reset.
    User Specs:
    OS: Mac OS X 10.11.6
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4770HQ CPU @ 2.20GHz (8) System RAM: 16384
    GPU: Intel Iris Pro OpenGL Engine GPU RAM: 1536
