Details: When you use the "Dig In" skill you cannot use any other skill. At least until you move your character in any direction left/right/forward/back, then the skills work again.
Steps to Reproduce: Use the [Dig In] skill, then try to use any other skill w/o moving and they don't work. Then move, and you can use the other skills.

@Thon, i believe that's correct. when you're digging in, you're using your shield to protect everyone in your party. you can't do that AND something else.

 

Ahh I hadn't thought of that but it'd make sense. If that is the case they should clarify the text. The tooltip text of Dig In says:

"Increases avoidance for friendly targets in a radius around the player. Shield Specialization increases the duration".​

That last bit about duration is doubly confusing then if it lasts infinitely until you move.
