Ship to Harvest

    Details: unable to fully complete hire ship from harvest. Was able to progress the main quest, by just using the ship from the main map, but even though It cleared the quest from my log I still see the blue markers for the quest. I can talk to the npc but it will not clear the quest or trigger anything. Not sure if it is related but the spot where the ship to Estgard is located has a player town ship setting there so the only ship you can use on the dock is the one to Novia.
