Should players get a Tax POT row deed after leaving the outskirts instead?

Or rather, why can't players get a Tax non tradable deed after leaving the outskirts, by talking to Arabella. By then they should have a better understanding of game mechanics. A row home would entice them to stay longer.

And with the completion of the game, perhaps an option upgrade to a village with say, 250k in game gold by talking to the oracle. It makes housing (in my opinion the best part of the game) accessible to all players. 250k is no small feat for most casual players.

There're so many empty POT lots. Why not have them fill up?

I know, its been brought up many times. The devs have new numbers now. Free to play did not exactly bring in players by the thousands.

The arguments should be looked at again.

I am sure not everyone wants to pay taxes. There will be roaming outlanders who requires your rooms.

 

I think that getting it for completing the episode 1 storyline is perfect as it is.

 

Would have been perfect if the story line is engaging and not as bug-ridden. But, we aren't keeping the players who are interested in a good story, and we are frustrating the other casuals who thinks housing is out of reach, and think that this game is only about the cash shop.

IMO, it would have been better if the restricted POT row deeds is at least available in a easier manner via in game gold.
