Should Sold OUt Items Still Appear as an Item in the Buy List?

The issues with who sells ingredients for cooking and butchery recipes has me wondering if vendors should still list items they've sold out of. Trying to find which vendors were selling cooking and butchering ingredients was a problem as you had tons of vendors to buy from that might be selling that particular item. To make things easier a quantity column might have to be added or an item could be red and a zero in parenthesis could be placed beside it.

This would be for regular items that the vendor sells, ie. those items that leep respawning. If a vendor buys an item that isn't one of their regular items, such as s shopkeeper selling fish buys a bow, then that item wouldn't appear in the list with a quantity of 0. Instead that item would disappear once the item was sold.
