Shrink Potion - can swim under water when shrunk with potion

    Title: Shrink Potion - can swim under water when shrunk with potion
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? no
    Details: avatar swims a few feet below water surface. and can see under water (see pic) This is a similar bug as when you have the creepy dolly equipped, but no shrink potion active - you swim just below the water & can see underwater).
    Steps to Reproduce: drink shrink potion and then swim.
