Shroud of the Avatar Community Events Calendar [Unofficial]

I think that's one opinion.

But there are a lot of things that work alike in a community but that people keep separate for various reasons. If you really wanted everyone to work together it should be on the SotA site. What you say could also be said about all the various fora and blogs that now exist. Could most of them be centralized on one forum? Yes, but there is value in maintaining things from different perspectives.

Besides, it is getting centralized in official updates by Dallas.

 

I hereby publically invite Duke Violation and anyone else that is considered a community leader to help in the effort to give all New Britannian's the public event calendar that they so richly deserve. This calendar is logged and all activity is recorded by it's admins and it's moderators. The passwords are available to Portalarium upon their request.

This effort is not a competition. It is an effort to bring all of us under the same umbrella of equality in a user friendly environment that is policed by the community leaders and can be overseen by Portalarium itself.

My invitation and contribution of selfless service to the community will stand for the duration of my life or the life of Shroud of the Avatar, whichever is extinguished first...

yeah i like the option in case i have some other need for my audio at the time.

 

If possible, yes.

The other day I was listening to avatarsradio, then opened up sotaevents to check the time for the Paxlair meeting. After a while, the music started "echoing" or "reverberating" weirdly: at first I dismissed the glitch as network speed and latency issues, without realizing I was actually listening to two (!) streams at once!

 

Although the music was nice when I visited, I vote:
Yes (let us startup the radio), I dislike and usually immediately close sites that start making noise unrequested.

 

Can we please get the time to display correctly

It seems the calendar is off an hour! It has been like this for more than two weeks. Very few events are displaying the correct time.

This has been throwing me off. I am sure many other players have been affected by this, especially when we have two calendars that have unique events scheduled.
