Shroud of the Avatar leaves halo glow after Deck Change

    Title: White glowing halo doesn't disappear after deck change
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: Halo does not go away when you switch decks without wearing shroud of avatar. I recall this being an issue prior releases so might be known issue.
    Steps to Reproduce: Put on shroud of avatar and you see white glowing halo. Switch decks and will still have white halo when should have disappeared.
