Siege Prompt not stopping player motion

    Title: Siege Prompt not stopping player motion

    Details:
    When leaving a town (NPC or POT) that is under siege, on live you stop motion to click the okay prompt acknowledging that you will have to fight through the siege. On 628 the prompt does not stop you.
    Steps to Reproduce:
    Enter a POT/NPC town that is under siege. Leave said town and see the prompt not stop you while on autorun (default +)
