    Where does it appear in game? I bought it, is it supposed to appear in vault?

    Did a few searches before posting this, didn't find anything, sorry for the dumb question.

    That does make sense, yet apparently, there is no placeholder for it, like you have for the other items. Maybe that's what is confusing people, as so many of the other items have placeholders in the bank. I did get the Silver Serpent necklace (for old times sake and because it won't be available anymore by the end of this week), but even though it says in my acct "claimed", there is neither an actual item NOR a placeholder. I for example have the Ankh of Virtue necklace placeholder, yet the Silver Serpent necklace one still is missing =)

    There's quite a few items that don't have a placeholders yet. I'm sure they're aware of them. We just have to be patient and wait, they'll get them all in game later when they have those items finished.

    Ice Queen, thanks! I wasn't really worried (because the item is after all listed on my acct page), but at the same time, I can imagine why someone might wonder and worry. I didn't know there are more items without placeholders, so that is good to know as I am climbing up in pledge levels slowly but surely. =) Thanks!

    I'll have to go through my list and post those that aren't showing a place holder then. I have many things like the royal orb, royal scepter, lolo's lute, servant, noble magical discourse orb, owl (perhaps its one of the non combat pets), vendor, some basements, that don't show in the bank or show as having a placeholder.

    Yep...I've had to buy a 5 story basement for my village lot (I purchased 2 of them a long while ago)...I see the piano in game, but not in my rewards :)
